I live in the rear upper part of the house with separate entrance. I am a working professional in my mid 30's.

I am looking for single (preferred), CLEAN, mature, responsible, professional or graduate students, with minimum stays of a year. Flexible leasing terms. The longer the better. Non-smokers and no Pets please.
