时间: This Friday, Oct 12th. We should gather at the metro station, Van Ness-UDC, at 9:30; or at the embassy if you take a cab.
地点: The address of Chinese Embassy is 3505 International Place, NW, Washington, DC, 20008.
怎么去: You can either take a cab or take the red line from Farragut North (1001 Connecticut Avenue, NW), which is nor far from the main campus, to Van Ness-UDC station, where we'll have our members waiting there, at 9:30am.

Global China Connection (GCC) is a global organization dedicated to increasing understanding, education, and friendships between China and the United States via its global network of university chapters. Of this global network, our own GWU chapter is among the largest, fastest growing, and most active. We provide students with many great academic events and opportunities with regards to China, including guest lectures, panels, conferences, and networking opportunities.
As part of our effort to reach out to the large and growing number of students at GW who have a personal interest and passion for China and it's culture, as well as the large numbers of Chinese students who are studying here at GW, we will begin to offer a language exchange program, which will allow Chinese students who speak fluent mandarin (as well as other dialects) to partner with there classmates who are native English speakers, in an effort to increase both party's fluency in their language of study, build lasting and true friendships, and come to a new fundamental understanding of each other's culture.
