室友为三个男性，均为人正派，无任何不良嗜好，易相处。

Hi all, I am subleasing an entire "isolated" floor of a town house located near West Falls Church Metro Station (within 10 mins of walk distance) from 1/15/2017 to 2/15/2017.
Very convenient spot, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are within 10 mins walk distance, while Giant is 20 mins walk or 5 mins drive away, besides, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
There are three other males living in this house, who are all very nice Christians, don't smoke or drink.
I am paying 600 dollars of rent plus utility of around 60, and only asking for 499 all included!
