The room:
1 beautiful FURNISHED 1st floor bedroom suite: 220 sq.ft with private full bathroom and private exterior entrance, 2 large windows, big closet space, extra storage: $1,350/month + 1/6 utilities. (The pictures of the room do not represent it well. It is a hard room to photograph, but the room and bathroom are beautiful!)
The house:
The house has just been completely renovated from top to bottom, with an open-concept, fully furnished first floor, granite countertop, white cabinetry, and gorgeous oak hardwood floors. The space is amazing and everything is brand new!
There is one bedroom on the 1st floor with private entrance and its own full bath, and three upstairs bedrooms that share a stunning brand new full bath. The basement also has 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom and separate exterior entrance.
The house has a large front deck, ideal for small gatherings. There is also a private secure bike rack for locking your bicycle.

We are a mix of graduate students and mid twenty-something young professionals who work long hours during the week, and enjoy getting outdoors on the weekend. We like to cook and take advantage of the great kitchen space. We are very clean, respectful, and generally quiet. Keeping the house clean and maintaining a pleasant living environment is very important to us.
