The apartment is 2400 M, 5min From GWU-foggy bottom station, 2min from Trade & Joes. It's very close to school. We are starting a new 12 mon lease on August 4. It's a 1b1b apartment with a den, on 8th floor, and the total rent is 2756/mon without Utility. Utility might be 100/mon, as there is Washing & Dryer in The unit. The apartment building is new, has 24h front desk and Fitness center, and offers to print 10pages per person per month for free. Now there are two Elliot school grad students, one male and one female, and we are looking for a person to occupy the den, for 800/mon without utility. Please message me if interestedde
公寓是2400 M，24街和M街交口。离GWU超近地铁站五分钟，超市就在旁边两分钟，离学校非常近。8月4号开新lease，12个月。房子在八楼。是一室一厅加一个书房一个厕所，现在我们想把书房den租出去，800/mon对gwu附近可谓是非常便宜了，整个房子是2756/mon。有内置洗衣机所以utility不包，但是内置洗衣机烘干机是我最看重的因为比较干净卫生。24小时前台和健身房，公寓每天免费提供打印十页，GW学生都懂能省多少钱。。现在是两个GW Elliott中国学生，一男一女，一个在主卧一个在客厅。
den不大，需要台灯光源，但是我实地看了基本东西都放得下，full size床加桌椅加一个柜子应该能保证。整个公寓有很多储物空间可以一起用。应该算foggy bottom附近性价比最高的地方之一啦。需要的话我可以发我拍的房子的视频给你看...需要八月起租房的麻烦联系我微信哈: need_summer_time |
