This home near Ashburn campus, need a car to get around. Owner has extra car if need rent a car. Available: 8/19/17. Lease required and prefer 1yr lease.
Chinese student waived credit check and background check, ok w/o SSN for lease signing.
CONTACT MUST:

Lease Options:
$650 for 12M+ lease term.
9M lease: +$100/mon.
6M lease: +$200/mon.
You have own mini frig, microwave in your own room, also induction cooktop hot plates provided as needed for cooking.
Options for main kitchen usage:
If you do want to use the main kitchen in 2nd. fl., you have designated cabinets/countertop/main refrigerator, dishwasher usage.
1 day/week, +$100/mon.
2 days/week, +200/mon.
3 days/wk, +300/mon.
4 days/week, +400/mon.

--There are 2 half bath/power rooms available and one in each floor.
