GU 附近奢华小卧出租，室友是两位在DC上班的美国小伙，作息规律，安静整洁自律，基本上不会打照面，不过偶尔会组织桌游等有趣的活动。
公寓离Georgetown University仅15分钟步行路程，处于一个非常漂亮，安静有安全的街区。公寓附近有地铁巴士站，可直接去市中心几个较大的地铁站：DuPont Circle, Farragut Square, Metro Center, Chinatown, 等。
拎包入住：小卧已有现成的家具queen size床一张，衣橱，书桌椅子一应俱全，不另收费！洗衣和烘干在整栋楼的地下室。买菜，超市，CVS都在离家很近的步行范围内。
时间：8月-12月 可续租
租金：650刀 /月，水电费平分每人每月预计35-50刀、月
入住时可能会有50刀的注册费，但无需缴纳入住费和押金，free！

Seeking Roommate for Apartment with Young Professionals

$650/Month + ~$35-50 Utilities
Room available in an apartment near Georgetown University with two very responsible, hospitable, and laid back low-key young professionals who keep mostly to themselves (but may enjoy the occasional roommate board game night!). The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from Georgetown University in a very quite and safe family-friendly neighborhood. The apartment is also just a minute walk to Metro Bus stops that go through many of the hot spots in downtown DC (DuPont Circle, Farragut Square, Metro Center, Chinatown, etc.).
Room is for sub-lease from September through December (potentially could be extended). Room furnished with a queen-sized bed, clothes drawer, desk, and chair for use, no extra charge! (See photos attached) The unit has efficiently sized and spaced bathroom, common dining area, and kitchen. The other tenants in the building (four total units in the building) are also relatively quiet and low-key. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of the building, and there is also a Safeway, CVS, and neighborhood convenience store all within walking distance.
Move-in date can be flexible to accommodate moving in August if need be. Rent ($650/month) is due by the first of the month. No security deposit needed!! May have to pay $50 application fee for the room, but there are no other move-in expenses. Utilities (internet separate from water/gas) are paid separately to roommates, and the amount rarely goes over $35-50 per person per month.
