Job Description:

iLIKEBUS.com is anonline bus ticketing website where travelers can easily find and bookinter-city bus tickets in the United States. Through our booking system, userscan easily get tickets at very good prices with flexible travel schedules. Ourmission is to help our customers find the best way to reach their destinations.

We are looking forsuccess-driven, creative marketing interns to promote the brand and itsservices, as well as provide customer service for the highest satisfaction. Thecandidate will involve in planning and executing offline and online customeracquisition campaigns. The person can see marketing opportunities and runwith them. From promoting at the bus station, to cold-calling an event forcross-promotion, from budgeting, to post-campaign analysis on initiatives, theperson can own a project from start-to-finish and bring iLIKEBUS to itstargets.

Responsibility:

Your generalresponsibility is to grow brand awareness, market iLIKEBUS in the mostefficient and engaging way possible, and interact with our users.

Possibletasks include:

Digital Marketing

·     Develop strategies forkeyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network,landing page and other facts of paid search and paid social in accordance withclient goals

·     Monitor campaignresults, analyze key metrics and optimize results.

Email Marketing

·     Create email marketing campaignsto boost tickets sale

·     Ensure marketing messageis conveyed clearly and delivered properly

·     Ensure messages are sentin proper form and template for desktop and mobile devices

·     Track and analyze emailmarketing campaigns.

Social Media Management

Create and updatecontent for multiple social media platforms

Design, create and managepromotions and Social ad campaigns

Explore new ways toengage customers (i.e. loyalty programs) and improve customer relations

Requirements:

A self-starter

BA/BS degree orequivalent work experience

Excellent communicator,creative thinker, and team player

Track record in socialmedia marketing (B2C); social media advertising, knowledge of SEO and GoogleAdWords experience are preferred but not required

A passion and strongunderstanding of the bus transportation industry is appreciated

Excellent English verbaland creative writing skills, Chinese-speaking ability is preferred

Proven ability toprovide an exceptional customer experience

Ability to thrive in afast-paced environment with the ability to multitask

Ability to prioritizeprojects daily is a must

This is a greatopportunity for recent college student to accumulate real world experience inbusiness settings. It is also a wonderful opportunity for students who are interestedin marketing that are looking to learn how an in-house marketing team operatesand to practice their campaign planning and executing skills.
