About the Position: Ivy Direct islooking for a dynamic, energetic web developer to assist with our new andongoing web development projects. This individual should be familiar with thestandards and best practices for web development and programming, and be ableto put his/her knowledge to work in developing comprehensive website solutions.He or she will work collaboratively with other internal team members on thedevelopment, testing, and maintenance of web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and develop system specification.
- Design, build, deploy and maintain custom websites and web applications.
- Manage website updates, including design, functional and content changes.
- Collaborate with internal team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Master degree in computer science or related fields.
- Familiarity with VB.Net and ASP.Net
- Familiarity with database systems like SQL Server or Oracle
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON and CSS.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, .NET Framework, Web Services and IIS
- Communicate information clearly, accurately, and timely to internal team members.
- Good interpersonal skills and exceptional team player.
