I am looking for roommate staying in the living room up until July and don’t have to be on the lease.The apartment is right next to DuPont circle metro station (Red line) and close to many landmarks such as White House, World Bank and Adam Morgan (night life). The place is a private living room in a 1 BD/1 BR. Even though you will share the apartment with another roommate, your privacy is guaranteed and respected.

Utilities and wifi are included. Some furniture can be provided.

This apartment building has no gym, pool nor wheelchair service m (most D.C. Apartment buildings are like this).
Laundry washing and drying machines are at the basement level.

Biking: multiple capital bikeshare stations in DuPont circle;
Metro: only 5 minutes' walking, you will see DuPont circle metro on Red line  and you can start here to get to other five lines;
Car: Uber or Lyft are relatively cheap and easy for you to get around( Tips: if you are not in a hurry, Uber pool or Lyft line will save you a lot of money);
Walking: ten-minute walking distance to Adam Morgan, about 30 mins to U street, world bank and White House.
