个人要求:
1. 大专或大专以上文凭(我们客服不是只接电话,主要是即使聊天工具和系统使用)
2.熟练使用计算机 , 打字速度快。我们会提供相关业务培训
3. 双语,能够熟练中英文交流
4. 服从团队协作,刻苦勤劳,有责任心,性格温和,用上进心

这是一份全职工作。Class A 写字楼,工作环境优越。 合格者公司提供相关的福利

固定的工作小时,但会有轮班的制度 ,要能够适应早班和夜班的工作时间

Personal Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above (As a representative, you are not just using phones, but mainly using chat programs and other operating systems)
Must be comfortable using computers, with fast typing skills. We will provide further job training related to the position.
Must be bilingual with both english and chinese to communicate
Have team coordination, hard working, responsible, gentle personality, and have ambition to continuously learn
This is a full time position. Nice office environment, within a Class A building. Hired employees will be provided with benefits and competitive salary.
This position will have a set amount of hours. But be advised that there will be a rotational schedule that will include both day and night shifts. Working days may include weekends and holidays as well.
