Living room (客厅) of a FULLY FURNISHED one bedroom apartment (850 sq. ft total area) located at Foggy Bottom / GWU campus (24th St and Virginia Ave) is available August 6, 2018 for rent! The rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, etc.) and Internet. The living room comes with a full-size bed, a sturdy and comfortable couch (which can be used as a full-size bed as well), desks with chairs. The rest of the apartment is furnished with a dining table (with 4 chairs), a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a toaster, a hot water kettle and a fully equipped kitchen. You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with a female GW medical student (She speaks both Chinese and English) who uses the bedroom. One female student/scholar is preferred.
