Hi,
We are a soccer team based in Rockville with ~38 players in the squad. If you have some basic skillset and would like to make friends,
you are welcome to join us for soccer practice every Saturday and Sunday morning (normally 7-10am) near Rockville. We also play
games with neighborhood teams, like Northern VA, Germantown, and several korean teams.
Postdocs and senior graduate students are greatly welcomed. We have several faculties in our team, so age of 30+ would be well suited :-p

马里兰老伙计足球队（Maryland Good Fellas, MGF）是一支基于马里兰Rockville的业余足球队。球队的宗旨是为了更好的集合马里兰，弗吉尼亚，华盛顿特区周边的足球爱好者，通过训练，比赛达到以球会友，提高水平，锻炼身体的目的。球队现有固定成员约35人，包括大学教授，学生，政府职员，IT精英等组成。球队有固定的队长和教练组，负责球队日常训练。球队平均年龄约为37岁。球队每周六和周日会在固定场地进行训练。 Rain or shine.
球队从建队之日起，就不以成绩为唯一目标，‘快乐足球’是球队的宗旨。球队的目标是踢出整体足球，并不会背离这个初衷。基于此，球风英朗但队内气氛和谐，在马里兰和DC地区已经小有名气。 球队2017年与北维联队组队参与了校友杯。随着球队的壮大， 球队计划定期参加美东杯，以及邀请赛，Montgomery 地区联赛，室内足球赛等。
