You can choose either to rent one fully furnished walkout basement room (600 square feet) or a basement suite (1,200 square feet). The walkout basement room is actually an sunroom and is bright. You will have your own bathroom, entrance, full kitchen in the basement and share a $1+ million, 7,000 square feet mannsion with a three persons family. The house is sitting on 2+ acres lot and very quiet and private. The house is about 5 minutes drive to Tyson' corner and Train stations. Rent is $950 for the sunroom or $1,400 for the suite.
