Hello there,
I have a one bedroom one living room in Randolph Tower, available after Feb 1(earliest move in date). You will need to take over my lease from the date you willing to move in to September 1. The apt is on 20th floor with good city view. Neighbors are nice. The reason I move is job relocation.
Note: there is no water bill. You only need to pay your electricity and wifi.
I also have some furniture open to sale: full bed, TV, desk, chairs, and many other things.
