美中商务与文化交流中心(简称"UCBCEC")是在美国登记注册的国际化专业机构,成立于1999年,总部设在美国政治、文化、外交、信息交流中心,首都华盛顿,在美国西部及中国北京均设有代表处。

The U.S.-China Business& Culture Exchange, Inc. is also known as “UCBCEC”, is founded in 1999, a fully incorporatedinternational entity headquartered inthe suburb of Washington, D.C., the capital of the United States, and representative office which isin Beijing, China.
UCBCEC seeks tostimulate mutually beneficial exchanges and communications between China and the UnitedStates in the fields of education, culture andcommerce. UCBCEC achieves this goal through multiple channels that include coordinating trainingseminar and professional development workshops,organizing international conferences and exhibitions, and university cooperative partnership programs.
UCBCEC has beenauthorized by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA) of People’sRepublic of China to organize training and exchange programs in the United States for thefederal and State government official inChina. Vice versa, introducing cultural and educational exchanges for foreignexperts to China.
JobSummary

The coordinator reports tothe project manager. The position is focused primarily on the support of the coordination of every projectassigned. The chosen applicant will beresponsible for clientmanagement, estimations, projectmanagement, planning & scheduling, and otheradministrative duties.
The position worksclosely with project manager to activelydetermine goals and priorities throughout each season.Candidates should have strong supervisory skills along with the ability to work with various levels of personnel. Our fast-pacedenvironment requiresadvanced organizational techniquesas well as extreme attention to detail to successfully manage a multitude ofongoing projects. The coordinator must beable to work independently.
Responsibilities
Training Program Tasks
·           Design training programs(develop training schedule /timetable)according to training objectives and clients’ needs
·           Integrate varioustraining techniques, classroom or Instructor-Led training, hands-on training, experience-basedtraining.
·           Recruit professors who coulddeliver lectures related to our trainingobjectives.
·           Arrange those traineesto visit leading companies, organizationsand government departments to acquire some practical knowledge related to their learning objectives.
·           Observe lectures andsite visits, keeping records of instructors’quality of delivering classes and trainees’ learning performance.
·           Collect feedback fromtrainees and adjust training correspondingly.
·           Doing interpreting andtranslation as needed to help trainees betterunderstand the training content.
Cooperative Education Program Tasks
·           Communicate with variouscurrent school key contacts for coursedesign and translation accordingly and make report periodically
·           Do research on potentialcooperative schools and developfeasible MOU for further collaboration
·           Maintain good workingrelationship with current business partner schools
·           Being involved in keybusiness meeting and make meeting minutes reportto supervisor
·           Prepare presentationdocument for pitching schools
Daily Routine Tasks
·           Assist supervisor todevelop contract draft and translate school introduction or program planning documents
·           Do marketing to obtainpotential guild or business association forfield visits
·           Respond toback-and-forth business request emails
·           Assist teammates forother projects or programs as needed
Qualifications
·           Language skills in the classroominterpretation of Mandarin and English
·           Intermediate toAdvanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
·           Earned a bachelor’s degree
·           High level of integrityand honesty
·           Optimism, calmnessand flexibility
·           High Energy
·           Quality driven
·           Ability to create friendlybut firm rapport with employees
·           Outstanding organizational skills andextreme attention to detail
