Capital Energy is a growing private equity fund focusing on the investment of Oil and Gas industry and Real Estate industry. Our success has and will continue to be dependent upon our talented workforce. We are currently seeking fresh or experienced, motivated, creative and entrepreneurial individuals for the positions listed above for Washington D.C. office. These positions will support the Oil and Gas Investment Team based in Houston and Real Estate Investment Team based in Washington D.C. with financing activities.

１. Investor Relations Associate

This role will support the investment team based in Houston with financing activities. This individual will largely be focused on building relationship with potential investors who are interested in oil and gas property investment and residential property investment.

Job Descriptions:

1. Form, maintain and enhance relationships with potential individual investors

2. Gather and document investor profile details

3. Conduct research on and vet potential investors

4. Raise capital from financial institutions

5. Create, monitor and manage all documentation and presentation materials required for fundraising. (investment memo, data room, pitch book, due diligence questionnaire, etc.)

6. Drive the capital raising process independently

7. Evaluate and analyze data

8. Make external communication with banking authorities, financial institutions, governments, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration

2. 0-10 years of experience in a finance environment. Experience in capital raising, wealth management, salesforce can be helpful

3. Reasonable experience in an inter-governmental agency is preferable

4. Outstanding presentation, reporting, communication and project management skills

5. Ability to complete a project independently on a timely basis

6. Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish broader goals and objectives

7. Chinese speaker is preferred

2. Financial Analyst

This role will support the investment team based in Houston with financing activities. This individual will largely be focused on creating investment products for potential investors who are interested in oil and gas property investment.

Job Descriptions:

1. Evaluate and analyze financial information to determine financial products

2. Present financial products to potential individual investors

3. Form, maintain and enhance relationships with potential individual investors

4. Raise capital from financial institutions

5. Drive the capital raising process independently

5. Build and manage models to project financial metrics

6. Prepare analysis on key financial statements

7. Assist with budget and forecast preparation and analysis

8. Create, monitor and manage all documentation and presentation materials required for fundraising. (investment memo, data room, pitch book, due diligence questionnaire, etc.)

3. Marketing Specialist

This role will support the oil and gas investment team based in Houston and Real Estate investment team based in Washington D.C. with marketing and financing activities.

Job Descriptions:

1. Help company explore the international market sales channels

2. Make sales target and plans according to company’s needs

3. Implement plans independently

4. Create, monitor and manage all documentation and presentation materials

5. Evaluate and analyze financial information

6. Understand and master the international market trends of energy industry

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration with emphasis on Marketing

2. 0-10 years of experience in a finance environment. Experience in international marketing, team management and salesforce can be helpful

3. Reasonable experience in an inter-governmental agency is preferable

4. Accountant

This role will support the investment team based in Houston with financing activities. This individual will largely be focused on reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and projections related to a particular investment project(s).

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for certain general and commodity accounting functions

2. Ensure all payments/receipts are properly settled, submitted and recorded

3. Prepare and distribute invoices

4. Prepare journal entries, maintain tracking schedules and account reconciliations

5. Prepare internal financial and management reports

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration with emphasis on Accounting or Finance

2. 0-10 years of experience in a finance environment. Experience in energy industry can be helpful

3. Reasonable experience in an inter-governmental agency is preferable

4. Outstanding presentation, reporting, communication and project management skills

5. Digital Designer

This role will design and implement webpages to support the investment team based in Houston and Washington D.C. This individual will also largely be focused on creating graphics and videos for use on the website and presentation for marketing campaigns.

Job Descriptions:

1. Design, building, implement, and maintain websites

2. Use tools like the Adobe Creative suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Luminate to design digital graphics, print materials, e-newsletters, website pages, presentations and ads.

4. Designs newsletters, announcements, invitations, presentation templates, brochures, ads, signage and handouts

5. Create, monitor and manage all documentation and presentation materials

6. Understand the industry trends

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Graphic Arts, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, Business or related field

2. 0-10 years of experience in web design, development, testing and debugging, documentation, and operations

3. Familiarity with web trends

4. A combination in programming skills and aesthetics

5. Advanced knowledge in responsive design, web usability, accessibility concepts, and user interface

4. Outstanding organization, presentation, communication and project management skills

6. Public Relations

This role will organize successful crowd-pleasing events such as seminar, forum, dinner party to support the investment team based in Houston and Washington D.C.

Job Descriptions:

1. Develop PR strategies that are in alignment with company financing and investing goals, and contribute to development and maintenance of positive client relationships

2. Prepare media kits, press releases and field the media pitching stories to generate publicity.

3. Develop advertising and marketing communications material

4. Organize and arrange company special events

5. Manage operational and administrative functions, including on-site inspection at events to ensure specific events are delivered successfully, efficiently, on time and within budget

6. Prepare reports summarizing media coverage data to management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. 0-10 years of related work experience. Experience in event planning, team management and media can be helpful

3. Have a full and tactical understanding of media needs, media relationships, and all primary social

4. A wide degree of creativity and latitude
