Studio in Columbia Heights, ~400 square feet, 3rd floor (no elevator). No pets allowed. 1 min away from Columbia Height metro station,and only 935$ per month (water included, and heating during winter).
It is furnished (either you take the furniture, or it will be donated).
Parking is extra 100$ per month. Available on June 1, 2019.
