I'm looking to sublet my room for 1 month as I will be traveling out of town. The room will be available from JULY 26th to SEPT 7th.

I'm a late 20s-year-old guy who work in a consulting firm and would like someone laid back to take over my room for a short-term.
* About the roommate: a cool and friendly guy working in education. He is very busy at work, so you would not even see him much.
* About the apartment:
This is a new 2BD-2BA apartment in a very nice and modern building. It's 1.7mile from Pentagon City Metro Station. Bus stop is across the street it could take you anywhere in DC area in 15mins. Address is 2301 Columbia Pike, Arlington, VA.
- Fully furnished, including the bedroom, living room and kitchen. All you need is yourself being ready to move in!
- Rent: $1000 per month + $100 utilities
- Deposit: $500
- Lease term: Available July 26th till Sept 7th.
- Bedroom & bathroom: you would have a master bedroom with your own spacious bathroom and a huge closet
- Parking: Street parking (it has never been a problem finding a spot) or in the building's garage with $100/month.
- Laundry: Inside the apartment.
- Amenities: there is an outdoor pool where you can do bbq in the summer. A business center where you can use computers or print for free. Giant supermarket is in the next building. Xsport fitness center is in the downstairs with the fees to use. Access to sparkling rooftop pool, deck, and grilling areas so you can entertain friends with ease or just enjoy beautiful city-scape views.
