I am looking for a female roommate to live in living room now.
Address: 2111 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA
Rent: 400 /per month ( including Utility, Internet and furniture)
Period: June 1 to July 31, 2013 (if you want to move in May, it is flexible and we can discuss)
Addition information as following
1. There are four girls living this apartment so far.
2. We are looking a clean female roommate.
3. Rent period: June 1 2013 toJuly 31 2013. If you want to move in end of May, we can discuss exactly date onMay. ( $ 13.33 per day in May)1) Rent fee : $400 x 2=$ 800including two months utility and internet fee.4. Please do not smoke.
5. Apartment has kitchen.
6. You will share bathroom with another two female roommate.
7. If you move in, you and another female roommate will live in living room. That means you will sleep or study or eat lunch and so on in living room.
8. I will leave my furniture for you including desk, bed, chair and so on. If you do not want to my second hand furniture, no worries and my roommate will deal with my furniture and you can buy new one,
