This is a spacious two-bedroom apartment on the 4th/top floor. The main bedroom is available for rent. I live in the other one. Laundry and dryer inside the apartment. Utilities included in rent. Fully furnished. Gym inside building.

It is conveniently located some 15 minutes' drive from DC, off the I-395 (off exit 4 or 5). It is in a quiet and green residential neighborhood. 5 minute walk to Target and 5 minutes drive to Trader Joe's, Marshalls, Safeway and Best Buy. There is Skyline park right downstairs and a great balcony view of the park too, very relaxing.

For those who drive, garage parking is free. For those who don't, the apt is a 3 minutes walk to Seminary road bus stop.

I am a guy. friendly, helpful and easy-going. I do occasionally smoke but not inside the house.
