I am moving to NYC for job opportunities but still have 4 months left on my 12 month lease which ends in April. This is a great chance to live with two really great roommates who are in there mid 30's and very down to earth. I've lived here for almost 2 years now. The street is quiet made up of families of all different backgrounds. Anyone who knows Petworth knows it is one of the best areas in DC. The room is the master bedroom with lots of light and high ceilings. The room is upstairs, you share the bathroom with one other person. The third person has their own bathroom in the basement room.
- Move in Date is January 1st or close too.
- Attached are images of the common areas, bedroom, bathroom and side room which you will also have access to (I use it for my desktop computer)
- Utilities are not included and include (water, electricity, gas and internet)
- Small pets could be ok up to the existing roommates.
- 1 mile from Georgia Ave (Green Line) and Fort Totten (red line) metros
- one block from 64/62/60 bus lines. 5 minute walk to Georgia ave bus lines
- Lots of street parking (no permit required)
This is a sublease with option to renew with the roommates in April.
