The location for the apartment is great. It is 5 mins drive to Reagal National Airport,15 mins drive to DC center, 5 mins walk to the metro center Crystal City and 10 mins walk to pantagon city mall and huge wholesale supermarket Costco.
The environment is super convenient and safe. Tons of taxis, hotels, restaurants downstairs.
The apartment has great management. You can use the apartment's swimming pool, exercise room, pool room and game room all the time.
The monthly rent will be $780 without utilities. but the utilities is around $40. And parking will be $50 if you have a car.
