Location: DC 20001, 2 minutes walking from GULC, and 2 minutes walking from Capital Building.
Requirement: Female, students or new Grad preferred
Rent: $700 mothly, including all utilities (water, electric, gas, internet), and furnished with furnitures and all appliances.
Term: at least 3 months; Your name can be put on the Lease agreement if your rental term is 1 year or more.
About me: New Grad from GULC and working in DC, and usually go back to room for sleeping at late night even during weekends.
