Update by May 4th: we are now looking for living room roommate. The rent ranges about 650. The living room is actually the largest room in the apartment. The floor plan is pretty similar to my current studio. FYI, my studio costs me 1630/month in the same apartment building. I love to live here and wanna reduce cost in the same time.

本人女，现在DC做博士后。现求一位投缘姑娘做室友，长租上lease（为时一年），6月底起租。如果你需要在起租时间上，或者不想上lease等细节上做调整，可细聊协商。
以下是租房详情：
1、 公寓限定在Concord在CrystalCity. 具体地址在2600Crystal Dr. , Arlington, VA 22202. 地铁蓝线（到GWU）和黄细，有BUS，或者你喜欢运动一下，走路16分钟（大部分路程有地下走廊和商铺）。
2、Concord公共设施、物业管理、住户构成都非常好的公寓。我在这里已经住了一年，因为太喜欢这里的居住环境，不想搬离。希望找个好室友，一起enjoy这里的优良生活环境，同时把居住费用降下来。在去年搬入之前，我对周边及PentagonCity的各个公寓楼进行过比较，最后觉得这里最好。事实证明，选择是对的。
3、公寓楼的设施非常好，设有：设施完备的器械房，室内游泳池（玻璃屋顶），桑拿及更衣间，GYM在每周1、2、3、6有groupfitness, 课程仅为住户开放。18层顶楼有天台，楼下公共区有businesscenter（可以打印、复印、电脑），clubroom（超大电视、台球、厨房）。我放一些手机照片，请你随意体验一下。
4、我倾向于2b2b的单元，一人一间卧室、一人一个卫生间。租金在1100~1200/人，取决于我们租什么样的房子。I am fine with living room having another roommate, for short or long lease. 房间自带洗衣机、烘干机，可随时洗衣。
5、最好一起租，上lease，6月底起租。如果你那时lease还没结束，我可以先行入住，独自负担房租，但还是需要你一起上lease。如果你实在不能上lease，我们再商量。
6、我喜欢整洁（没有洁癖），我希望室友也相对整洁一些。公共区域一同打扫;如果你不喜欢打扫，那么希望你能尽量保持整洁。
7、我有车，如果妹子没车，我们可以周末carpool买菜。 我不反对party，但是希望不要太过频繁，不要太过吵闹（会影响到邻居）。
最最重要的，希望你不要吸烟,no smoking, no smoking。
