Jefferson Apartment homes in Falls Church

Here goes, thanks a zillion!

I am looking for female roommate to share a 1 BA apartment.  The rent will be $600 excluding utilities which will be around $40 per month. The apartment is located in Jefferson Apartment homes in Falls Church. It is within 15 min walk to East Falls Metro and a minutes’ walk to Seven Corners and many other shopping places. There is also a free apartment shuttle that takes you to East Falls Church Metro.  The bus stop is 2 minute walk from the building. The property is minutes away from Old Town Alexandria and the Pentagon, Rt. 7, Rt. 50, I-395 and I-95.

The apartment building amenities include wall-to-wall carpeted room, extra storage, swimming pool, state-of-the art fitness center. Barbecue area along with parking for residents and parking for guests is available.

This apartment is at a great location and is ideal for a student or a working professional. You will have to pay a one month deposit. The apartment is available for move-in from 1st January 2014.
