I'm clean and quiet, and I'm lookingfor a roommate who is also clean and quiet to share a nice apt in a wonderfulneighborhood.(graduate student preferred)  (There's a shuttle bus to themetro as well, and many nice restaurants) Please check the link to see the aptand the area.

There are two options:  either a 1B1B to share with 1 roommate or 2B2B to share with other 2.

The apt price is pretty high and I'mlooking for someone who is willing to live in the living room. (There are threeoptions, all are 1B1B, the price difference depends on whether the apt has acarpet, or a larger space and also which building. I really don't have anypreference.
