I am looking for a female to take over my master bedroom in a very spacious 3 bedrooms/2 bathroom apartment in Crystal City starting from July 18th to the end of August.
The master bedroom has its own bedroom attached and 2 walk-in closets. The common area will be living room/kitchen/dining room. The other roommates are both females, non-smokers, professional and clean.
The rent is $1110 + utilities ($70-80 per person). Move-in date can be flexible and July's rent will be prorated.
5 minute walk to Crystal City metro (blue and yellow line), and 10 min walk to Pentagon City mall. Located in a very safe, convenient area; a short walking distance to CVS, Harris-Teeter, and Costco.
Olympic sized swimming pool, brand new fitness center, laundry room, 24 hour concierge service in building.
It is an ideal place for someone who just moved to DC looking for a short-term place. You will be added into the lease which gives you full amenities access to things like the pool, gym, and concierge
