We are looking for someone to live in the Living Room of our2B1B apartment at River House.

Move-in date starts from Sep 1st 2014 and thelease is up to Sep 1st 2015. The application fee is $500 for 4 people , and $50 when adding one person.Utilities usually runs about $50 per month per person, and we share wireless internet/cable fee equally (only $20/person).

Compared with apartments in pentagon city andcrystal city, the Living Room is large and well shaped, easy to arrange desksand beds. Kitchen has oven, dishwasher, microwave andrefrigerator.

River House is ideally located in the heartof Arlington, recognized as one of the 10 safest communities in the USA. Subwaystation (Pentagon City, yellow and blue line ) locates on the opposite side ofthe street, within eight minutes' walk, and the 10A bus stop is nearby. The traffic is extremely convenient.

10 minutes walk to Costco, 711 and Rite Aid/CVS.There are also banks (BOA, Wells Fargo), post office , UPS , etc. nearby,within 10 minutes walking distance. The Pentagon City Mall is also very close,Macy's, Nordstorm, and a variety of fast food are inside the Mall, opposite areCVS and the Fashion Center.

Master Room roommates are two girls enrolled ingraduate program, nice and neat. One boy in the guest bed room.
