A very luxuray apartment located in a very popular area, the people lives in are highly educated and very nice. This studio is very bright and spacious with lots of French windows. I have two beds and have a divide, it is okay for two people to share the big studio room.
Location: Between 20st and N Street, NW
5-10 mins walk to WB/IFC/GWU

5 mins walk to Grocery Store and subway station (Blue/Orange/Silver/Red line)

Monthly Rent: $2,045 per month including everything such as water, utility, gym, swimming pool
I have furnitures such as cooking stuff, table, charis, lights, sofa, double-size bed

Have the garage which is around 200 per month. Alternatively, you could do the street parking.
