This pretty, clean, fully furnished master room has a queen size canopy bed, two nightstands, one recliner sofa, one wardrobe, one end table and two new windows towards south. The master room (17'*12') has private bedroom with new carpet, a walk-in closet and storage closet. The monthly rent is $800, plus a security deposit of $800 due at move-in. Move-in date is available from June 1, 2015. Lease term is moth to month, only available from June to August.
Looking for a female in her 20's or 30's to occupy the spacious, bright master room, and to share the furnished kitchen, dining room, and half bath on the main level with 2 other roommates. The kitchen is very clean and organized with plenty of cabinet space. The house has new appliances, plus wireless internet, central air, and fireplace. ****Parking is free, either in community or street parking with permit. No pets and no smoking in house. Utilities are not included in the rent. Everyone shares Verizon Fios Internet and TV, and electricity. Utilities run about $60-80/month per person. Water is paid for by the landlord every month.****
The house has three people, including you. Two young professionals live in house, one upstairs, the other one at the basement. They are clean, quiet, responsible, and easy to get along with.
