Looking for a sublet to take over the remainder of the lease, from 1st August through 26th September.
Place is a 1 bedroom 1 bath. Bedroom has a closet and living-room is larger and also has a closet, 1 full bathroom, living room with great views of greenland.
Great safe and super quite community Braddock Lee Apartments run by HOME PROPERTIES with great customer reviews: with great access to DC downtown (395 highway) and with great access to public transit (AT5, 28A to King street metro; 25 A/B/C to pentagon metro ). Parking is Free. Dogs and Cats are permitted as well but subject to additional fee. Building has a pool, grilling area, common area, and great views.
All furnished and all the following funitures are yours for free:
Living Room: 1 Couches 1 Loveseats 1 End/Coffee Tables 1 TV Stands
Dining Room: 1 Tables + 4 Chairs
