Crystal/Pentagon City 中心地段一室一厅整租 - 可长租可短租 (至少两个月）

前几天发了一个招租贴但不知道怎么修改只好发一条新的  如果版主看到麻烦帮我把之前的那个删掉吧 谢谢

现有一室一厅一卫在三楼，floor plan如下。客厅足够大可以当第二个卧室，但只整租，所以如果需要可以自己找室友。房间面朝公园很安静，八月底九月初即可入住，不带家具，入住前物业会专门将房间打扫干净。短租最短两个月，长租最长十三个月，具体费用如下。如果短租我可以贴补部分房租。如有意向请短信联系412-996-5798或邮件caoms1223@hotmail.com

公寓Amenities包括健身房，游泳池，电脑房可打印可扫描，桌球，电影房等，都是免费对住户开放，并且配有24小时front desk concierge接收包裹。
