The living room is available now in Rosslyn, VA.
It's pretty big space in the living room with balcony which has good scene.

We also provide 1 table, chair, bed, stand light, and closet which can cover the living room to be more privacy.

So, basically you could directly bring your stuff to move in.

The utility has gym, laundry, the top of roof has extremely beautiful scene in DC.

The apartment is 5 mins walk to Rosslyn Metro Station ,

1 min drive to I66, 8 mins drive to Costco which is really convenient place.

We are seeking the roommates who are going to live for long term.
We also accept short term, however, you must inform us to move out 1 month earlier.

A couple or rent options(negotiable):
1. month by month: 700 + utilities
2. over six month: 600 + utilities + deposit
