It is located on K st and 25th street, 5 mins walk to GWU, whole foods & Foggy Bottom metro (orange&blue line), 5 mins to Farragut West, 2 mins to Trader Joes, and 10 mins walk to Dupont Circle (red line), also within walking distance to Georgetown.
The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom. You will live in the living room and share the apartment with a female working in the DC area. So, only open to the FEMALE. It is easy to make it into two bedrooms. The living room is very spacious with newly-painted walls. The monthly rent will be $1075 for one person (If two people choose to share the living room, the monthly rent will be $625 for each.) All utilities are included (except internet) .
