DISCOUNTED RENT IN EXCHANGE FOR PART TIME NANNY WORK (7 HOURS PER WEEK)

We have a beautiful finished, walk-out basement apartment for rent in our home in Chevy Chase, DC.  It offers the following amenities:

-separate entrance
-furniture (including bed, leather sofa, 42” TV (with FIOS) and office desk)
-full kitchen and your own washer/dryer
-full bath

You would pay a discounted rent of $1,000 per month (space normally rents for $1,700) and provide an average of 7 hours per week assisting with transportation and/or babysitting for my two daughters who are 9 and 6 years old.  You are required to have your own car.
