转租$1525，除了电费，其余全包。电费最多一个月20块。5分钟步行到地铁，Giant超市，CVS， 干洗店， 怡东早茶（DC地区著名港式早茶），等等。步行10分钟可以到Silver Spring downtown，有更多餐馆和Whole Foods超市。离Rock Creek National Park步行十分钟，跑步骑车锻炼身体都很方便。离DC，Rockville，College Park都挺近。
租约2015年2月到期，但是可以低价续约（现在这个apartment新 租rent已经涨到>$1800）。
