I am looking for people to take over my lease from mid/late february till late september.

Here is the information:
Lease Term: lease starting from mid/late February till late of September and could be renewed on an annual basis
A very luxuray apartment located in a very popular area, the people lives in are highly educated and nice. This studio is very bright and spacious with lots of French windows.
Location: Between 20st and N Street, NW
5-10 mins walk to WB/IFC/GWU
5 mins walk to Grocery Store and subway station (Blue/Orange/Silver/Red line)
Monthly Rent: $2,045 per month including everything such as water, utility, gym, swimming pool
The furnitures are included such as cooking stuff, table, charis, lights, sofa, double size bed (plus I have an extra single, it could fit for two people since there is a divide between living area and sleeping area)
