One furnished/unfurnished room (I will choose to include furniture or not according to your needs) in a 2BEDROOM 1BATH apartment available from May 28 to July 27. This is a new property in the area, so the apartment is very new and clean. You can see a little garden (with BBQ facility) from your window. The apartment is decorated with wooden floors. There are washer & dryer in the unit and free wifi.The top floor has an open-air swimming pool, gym and club room.
You can walk to Rosslyn Metro station in less than 5 minutes. One metro stop away from GWU / DC downtown with Orange Line, Blue Line, and Silver Line. You will not waste any time to wait for metro. To IAD Airport, you may take Metro Silver Line or Bus 5A. To DCA airport you may take the blue line.
There is a Safeway supermarket within 3 minutes walk. If you do not want to cook, there are Italian Pizza, Sushi, Roti, Pho etc. all within 5 min walking distance. On work days, there are food trucks around the office buildings at noon. M Street/Georgetown is just 10-15 minute walk to go shopping.
