I am seeking a female for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment in Crystal City. Other amenities include a large balcony, dishwasher, W/D in the unit, and gym and lounge upstairs. The apartment's location is ideal, 5 minutes walking to the metro and easy access to major highways. The apartment receives a lot of light. The building management is energetic, responsive, and very friendly. Rent is $1,126 plus utilities and any parking that you may need. The room could be furnished if you needs furniture. My roommate left behind her twin bed, desk, shelves, etc.
I am a young professional working in the energy field, interested in languages, other cultures, global issues, tennis, salsa dancing, and spending time with friends. I look for someone responsible, communicative, and relatively clean.
