A big bedroom (2 windows) in my single family house (4 bedrooms 3 bothrooms) at Rockville available immediately. The house will be shared by a PhD student, you and me. All bedrooms are on the top level. The room has bed, desk, chair and book case etc. Very quiet and safe community. Independent full bathroom. Walking distance to metro, bus and Rockville town center, also Chinese grocery stores and restaurants. 750 including all utilities and Fios internet. Single, non smoker, no pet.
