Hi~ o(*￣▽￣*)ブ, My friend and I are looking for new roommate. A spacious room (16’2”ft x 12 ft) is available in a newly renovated 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Crystal City, Virginia from May 2016 to April 2017. The apartment has individually controlled A/C and heater in each room, a washer/dryer in the unit, well-equipped full kitchen, spacious living room, and a nice balcony. The apartment is connected to Crystal City Metro Station underground (approximately takes 3 min to get to the metro including elevator ride). Numerous bus stops to DC and to Virginia are only 3 minutes away! You will have access to rooftop gym in the building, outdoor swimming pool and rooftop. We are looking for neat and respectful roommates. The rents are very reasonable at $800 excluding utilities (Utilities usually runs approximately max $70 including the wi-fi).
